There is no information on the TwizSales website indicating who owns or runs the business.
The TwizSales website domain (“twizsales.com”) was registered on the 27th of November 2014, with “Ufoma Makpe Ibikunle” listed as the owner. What appears to be an incomplete address in Cádiz, Spain is also provided.
This is inline with the TwizSales FAQ, which claims the company ‘is a register company from spain‘.
An “official” Facebook group has been set up for TwizSales, with Mariam Ufoma Makpa Ibikunle and Asif Bhatti listed as the group’s admins.
With Ibikunle owning the TwizSales website domain, it appears she is the admin of the company. Bhatti’s relationship to the company is unclear.
Whether or not Mariam Ufoma Makpa Ibikunle is an actual person is unclear. The Facebook profile was created on February 2015, for the sole purpose of promoting TwizSales.
A YouTube account bearing the same name was set up a month earlier in January.
The precursor to TwizSales appears to be esClicks, which was advertised on the Ibikunle Facebook account in March.
A visit to the esClicks website reveals it to be nearly identical to that of TwizSales (design is slightly different but content is pretty much the same).
esClicks appears to be a pay to click website, paying affiliates peanuts to click on ads.
The esClicks domain registration is identical to that of TwizSales, once again listing Ibikunle as the owner.
Asif Bhatti (right) meanwhile appears to be neck-deep in the MLM underbelly.
And that’s just within the last nine months…
Going back even further Bhatti was promoting
Argent Global Network (Ponzi scheme), Paidverts (Ponzi scheme),
Libertagia (pyramid scheme), AdCycleProfit (Ponzi scheme),
WaraNetwork (Ponzi scheme), MutualWealth (Ponzi scheme),
Partners Pay (Ponzi scheme), XtremeCashBox (Ponzi scheme) and AdsProfitWiz (Ponzi scheme).
Scattered among these promotions, Bhatti also pushes a bunch of low-key HYIP schemes.
If I didn’t know any better, I’d say whoever is behind Mariam Ufoma Makpa Ibikunle likely has just as much experience with the MLM underbelly as Bhatti does.
I don’t think Bhatti himself is behind the account, but he obviously knows who is.
In any event, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.
The TwizSales Product Line
TwizSales has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market affiliate membership with the company itself.
TwizSales themselves market advertising, however this has nothing to do with the MLM income opportunity.
The TwizSales Compensation Plan
The TwizSales compensation plan sees affiliate invest in $5 Global Profit Share packs, with each investment paying out an advertised 130% ROI ($6.50).
Each TwizSales affiliate is also charged an ongoing commissionable monthly fee, paid out down four levels of recruitment (unilevel).
How much of a commission is paid out on the payment of these fees is determined by how much a TwizSales affiliate themselves pays each month.
- Standard ($10 a month) – 3% on level 1 (personally recruited affiliates)
- Basic ($25 a month) – 10% on level 1
- Professional ($35 a month) – 15% on level 1 and 10% on level 2
- Elite ($140 a month) – 25% on level 1, 10% on level 2 and 5% on levels 3 and 4
Finally, as wiht esClicks, TwizSales affiliates can also earn fractions of cents for clicking on company-supplied ads.
Joining TwizSales
TwizSales affiliate membership costs between $10 and $140 a month:
- Standard – $10 a month
- Basic – $25 a month
- Professional – $35 a month
- Elite – $140 a month
The primary difference between these affiliate levels is income potential through the TwizSales compensation plan.
Conclusion
With over 1 Billion Expected users, Twizsales is simply the best way to earn.
We are a specialized advertising and global profit sharing opportunity that allows international participation of individuals and groups to earn from home.
I don’t know if the above spiel, taken from the TwizSales website, is supposed to be a joke or legitimate naive optimism, but a billion users?
Really…?
Despite all the fluff published on the TwizSales website (jackpots, scratch games, spin games, social ads etc.), the opportunity is pretty much just a stock-standard $5 in, $6.50 out Ponzi scheme.
esClicks before it didn’t seem to have the Ponzi scheme attached to it, but after it flopped in March was resurrected as TwizSales.
TwizSales affiliates invest $5 on the expectation of an eventual $6.50 ROI. No timeframe for the ROI is provided, with how fast the investment matures dependent on how much new affiliate investment is flowing in.
The additional services (aforementioned fluff) on the TwizSales website serve as nothing more than smoke and mirrors, as nobody except affiliate investors are going to bother advertising on Ponzi websites.
As such the only revenue flowing into the company is from affiliate investors, with these same funds then used to pay off existing investors.
This flow of money qualifies TwizSales as a Ponzi scheme.
Despite this, TwizSales offers up a comical denial of the obvious in their FAQ:
Is Twizsales Investment compnay (sic), hyip, pyramid ponzi or illegal comapny? (sic)
Twizsales is a register company from spain, we are not an investemnt (sic) company, hyip, pyramid or ponzi.
This is all the more amusing considering Asif Bhatti’s MLM past, which contains pretty much every major scam to surface from the MLM underbelly this past year
Bhatti and friends know exactly what they are running and when new investment dries up, TwizSales affiliates are going to lose their money.
Over the course of investing in numerous collapsed Ponzi schemes, Bhatti and friends have obviously learned that the admin and their buddies are typically the only investors to make any actual real money.
And so here they are with TwizSales.
If you still don’t think this isn’t going to end well, feel free to check up on the status of any of the scams Bhatti has invested in over this past year.
