My Advertising Pays - How Much Do You Want to Earn Per Day ?

You know what's exciting to me?

When I hear about someone who started an
internet marketing business for $150....and now
they're making an easy $100 every day.

That's just so awesome to me. 

Here's why:

Because earning $100 per day changes lives.

Think about it....

If you have $100 per day coming in on autopilot
(outside of what you already earn on your job)....

....that will probably take care of your two biggest
monthly payments, right?

Add it up.  See if I'm right.

Most people could pay their house payment and

the picture of what their life would look like....

....if they just had a new $100 bill in their wallet every day.

So that's been my mission.

Adbrook Update - Adbrook loses Paypal... Today we got information from PayPal financial department about closing their merchant for adbrook.com . Our company somehow violated PayPal terms. It’s strange situation for us, because process of verification took us almost month, so it’s big waste of time for our advertise company.

Whole situation have almost zero influence for condition of Adbrook LTD. People which bought ad packs by PayPal going to have full refund on PayPal account since tomorrow and all AdPacks purchased by PayPal will be deleted. Give us around 48 hours for process all refunds. We already sent first part.
In mean time, we are starting conversation with new merchant service for credit cards, to help our users buying AdPacks in the most convenient way.

Making Money the Easy Way..

 
There are many ways to make money online, and becoming an affiliate is arguably the easiest. After all, someone else has created the product, written the sales letter, and put together all the marketing materials for you. All you need to do is drive traffic towards it.
 
Before the Internet came along, the traditional way to sell products was to buy/rent a shop, stock it and hope you got some customers.
 
Nowadays you don't need a shop or your own products – you can promote other people's products for the same profit margin but without all the overheads.
 
You can make anything up to 75% of the profits on every sale, although that isn't the norm – 5 to 15 % is more usual. But consider this: E-bay's top affiliate marketer has made over $26,000,000.00 in just a few years – not to be sniffed at!
 
So here’s a simple step-by-step process for making money as an affiliate marketer…
 
1. Choose a product
 
You can affiliate (or 'partner') with almost any product being sold. You may have just bought something that is really good value and you like, and you can affiliate with that. Just go the the website of the parent company, and, usually at the bottom, but sometimes at the top, is a link called 'Affiliates', 'Partner with us' or words to that effect. Clicking on that link will take you to a page where you can sign up and find all the info you need – commissions etc.
 
2. Join a Network
 
Affiliate networks stock hundreds if not thousands of products, and you can choose from their lists. www.ClickBank.com, www.cj.com and www.PayDotCom.com are 3 of the best around.  You can sign up for an account completely free.
 
3. Select a market
 
It's always best to select products that a lot of people will buy. Having said that, there needs to be a decent mark-up for you to receive a decent commission.
Toothpaste, for example, sells in it's millions, but the markup is negligible and you can't compete with the like of Proctor and Gamble. Grand pianos would have a huge markup, but how many of those are you going to sell? Focus on markets with high sales and interest. The best areas to focus on are health, wealth and lifestyle.
 
4. Choose a product
 
Within each affiliate network, you can find products that interest you, and then check out their statistics to see how well they’re selling. Take a look at the figures, and the sales page. You’ll soon get a good idea as to whether it’s worth promoting.
 
4. Obtain your affiliate link
 
When you’ve chosen a product, the affiliate network will allow you to create your very own affiliate link. You can then direct traffic towards your link using blogs, FB, Twitter et al. The affiliate networks have tracking systems in place, so when a customer clicks on your link, goes through to the relevant sales page and purchases the product, you get paid a commission.
 
 
So give it a go – it's surprisingly easy. Go ahead and sign up to one of the affiliate networks now, select a product, grab your very own unique referral link, and start promoting it!

Rent to Rent: What Are Lease Options & How Do They Work?

• ‘Lease with the Option to Purchase at the end of the tenancy’
• Total Control of the property and create an income
• Future agreed price to purchase property
• Locks in the landlord for 5 – 10 years
• The right but no obligation to buy
• Sell on for the market price if you prefer at a later date
• Pay £1 deposit for the Property Option
• Pay £500 per month to rent the property which will come off the final price
• Rent out for £1,500 per month if Multi letting the property
• £1,000 per month profit

Controlling property without ownership creates wealth without the risk – we like this a lot!

For what we do and how we work Lease Options in our Rent to Rent strategy is by far the most simple. We the buyer has the option to but the seller does not so there is no obligation to purchase at any time unless you wish too, in fact you don’t have to purchase at all, you can sell the option onto another party. 

We use them in Rent to Rent because if we have taken the time to find a great property returning a great rental profit we may like to keep it ourselves. We can either save the rent over the timeframe and purchase we have the money to do so or set the option up so that we can pay for the property per month by way of rent.

It works like this:

• Current value of the property is £150,000
• We pay £500 per month to the landlord for the property
• We rent out for £1,500 per month
• The agreed price for the option will be £175,000 for the next 5 years.
• If the property is worth say £210,000 in 5 years we purchase using no money left in strategy

…or we set the option up so the £500 we pay each month or £6,000 a year comes off the final price so in 5 years time we would pay £175,000 minus the £30,000 we pain in rent with a total of £145,000. 

Good deal?

You bet. When setting up and negotiating Lease Options with a vendor make sure it is right for the vendor and right for you. It’s a numbers game. If property prices fall over the time you simply don’t purchase or you can extend the option.
