3 Things To Look Out For When Joining a Network Marketing Company...

I would suggest 3 things when looking to join a Network Marketing Company - no matter WHO you join:

1) Pick a product or service that you will use regularly (I recommend Assets (Shares, Gold, Silver) or ongoing services that customers will continue to buy) - consider if you would still buy it if there was no compensation plan attached

2) Choose something that YOU feel most passionate about overall and that you have a good gut feeling with from day 1 - always go with your gut

3) Once you're in, don't brand yourself around the company - you just don't know what's around the corner, and unless you're a top earner and are at board meetings with the company owners you have little say as to what's really going on behind closed doors. Always brand YOU as #1
At first, many years ago, I didn't really do the above 3 so I was pushing something I wasn't truly passionate about, felt like I was misleading people from the start. you cannot fake belief, you either have it or you don't.

Barry started his property career 5 years ago, just 
before the property market crashed. He was sacked 
in 2009 but fortunately his property business was 
overlapping his job. 

Barry and his business partner continued to invest 
in their education. This is how they heard about 
lease options. They knew that if they insisted on 
having the option to buy the property, a lot more 
landlords/owners would say no. Desperate for 
money they decided that the quickest way to 
generate cash-flow was to lease properties and 
rent them to students or young professionals on 
a room by room basis for significantly more than 
the monthly lease fee they were paying the landlord. 

They did this with 12 properties and replaced their 
income from their old jobs. 

Since then they have continued to invest using 
options and also buying properties below market 
value mainly through agents.  Barry and his 
business partner have developed a strategy to 
ensure that they are the first people that agents 
come to as soon as a suitable property comes 
onto the market.

I am almost embarrassed to admit it, I am really old...

It is crazy to think I have been at the same job for 45 years.  I know, I look really great for my age right?

It has been an amazing ride and I just found out it's about to get way better.

Before you read any further, this email is for a very specific group of people.

3 ways to build trust with your customers..

The arrival of the internet has brought with it a number of positives. Sadly though, the anonymity that the internet provides has also created the perfect environment for crooks and scammers.

You may well recall the controversy a few years ago when a number of ticket-selling websites popped up online prior to the V-Festival in Essex.

Many music lovers unknowingly purchased “tickets” from these sites, and only realised something was up when the tickets failed to arrive. The sites then disappeared and the money vanished. This sort of thing has been happening more and more in recent years, and as a result, online customers are becoming extremely cautious and sceptical when purchasing online, unless it’s a brand name that they immediately recognise.

And this is the key point…
People will happily purchase from brand names because they TRUST them. These companies have built up a reputation and customers know they’re genuine.

So if you’re starting up a new business, you need to create a feeling of trust as quickly as possible, and convince the visitor that you’re the real deal.

And here are three ways of doing it…

1.      Include your back-story
Let’s say that you’re selling an e-book about curing acne, for example, because it’s something that you suffered from in the past and now know how to cure it. If that’s the case, let the reader know your story. Build a relationship and tell them that you understand just how they feel. You were once suffering just like they are now, but you found the solution. Building a relationship like this helps to engender trust, which will have a huge bearing on whether someone buys from you or not.

2.      Include case studies
If you’re claiming to be able to do something for someone, they want to see proof that you can do it. The best of way of providing this proof and generating a sense of trust is to include a few of your best case studies on your website. If you’re an SEO consultant, for instance, you could add a page to your website which shows some of your previous results. This will allow the customer to see your work, which will make them much more likely to employ you.

3.      Add testimonials
As with case studies, testimonials add the crucial element of social proof. Potential customers want peace of mind before they purchase anything. They want to be sure that you can do the job properly, and testimonials can help provide this. On my websites, I include video testimonials, which are the most powerful and credible testimonials you can have.

So when you come to setting up your own website, be sure to include these 3 key elements if you can, because if you do, you’ll find that a lot more people will order from you.

How to Find Blogs and Forums to Comment On For Back Links...



You may or have heard that posting on blogs or forums with relevant information can be great for SEO, if you include a link to your website with the comment.

Many times when you comment on a blog post, there's a space to enter your name and website. Bingo! A link back to your site--helping your search engine optimization by building your backlinks.
In forums, you often create a profile or signature with your name and a brief description, where you can include the link back to your website.

Why is it good to do this? Because it takes time and it takes a real human to do it. You can't make stupid, spamm-y posts or comments because the blog owner or the forum moderator will delete them and you won't get a link. So Google sees this type of link--a link from a forum or blog--as a "quality" link because it cannot be authentically automated. 

With the recent algorithm shifts with Google, there's MUCH skepticism and rumors about how Google will rank sites. Most of it comes down to the age-old standard: if you have quality content on your website (and add quality content regularly), you're well on your way. If you create quality content regularly and submit it out into various places on the internet (YouTube, eZine Articles, social media networks, forums, blogs...), you're golden.

So, if you're going to start working on your search engine optimization and online marketing by commenting, how do you find the forums and blogs related to your niche or keyword to post comments on?

By using specific search terms in Google to find them.
The following are the phrases to type into Google (with the quotation marks). Replace "your keyword" with your actual keyword.
