Property Deal is 51% funded today!

I am delighted to announce, that we have just reached the landmark point where our first refinance project on CrowdProperty is now 51% funded.

So why is this relevant to you?

Well, my plan for CrowdProperty is to become the leading, property specialist peer to peer lending platform in the UK, which means that in the future we will be able to fund many of the profitable property deals found by you and other pin members.

To reach this position we need your help. We have two great projects, which need funding and once we have successfully funded these we should attract many more people who want to get a better return on their investments. The more lenders we have registered, the more deals we can help to finance.
