There is no luck in VISION...

Every single time I have launched a company, people told me that it wouldn't work. 
They said that I wouldn't be able to pull it off. They said that nobody would fund the deal. They said that nobody would back my vision. 
Every single time I proved all of the naysayers wrong. 
Every single time the same people said after the fact that I was "lucky".
There is no luck in VISION. 
There is no luck in being BULLET PROOF. 
There is no luck in being LASER FOCUSSED to achieve your goal. 
There is no luck in HARD WORK and taking consistent DAILY ACTION to reach your dream.
Oh wait....there is one thing.
You're LUCKY if you actually know what you want and why it is you want it. 
Few people do. You're LUCKY if you are EMOTIONALLY CONNECTED to your dream. 
Few people are.

Your Connection with my Mum...

Is it OK if I share a personal connection with you about my Mum?

You see, when I started in property almost 10 years ago, I found it hard to find the right investing strategy.

I ran down so many blind alleys. I got sucked into some ‘get rich quick,’ schemes and got rich slow. I had all this wayward energy and desire, but felt I was just breathlessly doggy paddling against a strong tide, not actually moving.

I don’t know if you can relate to this at all?

I naively thought it would be child’s play; buy property, make money. It was a boom back then too, everyone was talking about property all you had to do is buy some...

And wait.

While all this was going on, my Mum was watching me. She said I was like a “Bluebottle against a window.” Because I’d assessed strategy after strategy with no actual income and I was getting more and more frustrated.

I really thought about giving up. Could I actually do it?

I certainly couldn’t foresee buying/selling almost 400 properties.

But then Mum said:

“Keep going Rob, and you’ll find the open window.”

(At this time my Mum had some family inheritance money that was getting hammered by inflation. She omitted to tell me this! Waiting was really hurting her, but back to that in a moment) -

Back in 2005, no one told me the single biggest thing every (would be) property investor needs to face and defeat if they have any chance of making some decent income...

Because everyone was telling me a different strategy and I felt like my head was going to explode -

You see no one told me that confusion, overwhelm, frustration and inaction would actually be my single biggest barrier.

Worse than most ‘active,’ mistakes -

Don’t get me wrong, I’d lost money, but you just get right back up and try again with more savvy and a thicker skin. The pain creates motivation, right;

But when you spend hours, days, months working so hard but doing (achieving) so little, it sucks the life right out of your soul.

And not doing anything ends up costing the most, especially in the boom markets like we’re in. Another few months doing ‘due diligence,’ and another 20K left on the table.

So most people, like Mum, who have some funds, just leave the money in the bank and it gets worse and worse the longer it goes on, until they either look elsewhere, wasting all the invested time, or out of desperation they make one huge, nail-in-the-Coffin mistake) -

And I thought it was just me...

And that’s where your connection with my Mum kicks in, because the time came for us to make A DECISION.

Right NOW;

Even if we weren’t quite ready, or it was a slight risk, or it could end up being the wrong one, because we both knew I had to do something, and Mum had to invest that money somewhere.

So I got into property full time doing the fundamentals; high yielding, discounted single lets. I went round and round and round and then held my breath and started with the least glitzy (but most sustainable) strategy. I did something.

And Mum invested her inheritance money in single lets too and has been earning double digit yearly income ever since, leveraging me (Progressive) to build and manage her portfolio.

She waited for me to find something that worked, and then she leveraged the time, sweat, research and finally, results I’d almost missed out on.

So here’s the question: What are you going to do?

5,596 people just LOST their job...

Over here in the UK, a couple of days ago
there was a pretty shocking

just went into Administration putting
it's 5,596 workforce at risk...

The company is called Phones 4 U
and has 550 stores
across the UK... 

Last year the company made
a profit of £105 Million...

It's pretty SCARY to see that even a company 
with a healthy balance sheet can go into 
Administration WITHOUT notice...

Which means people's jobs all over
the world are at RISK big time...

What a nightmare for those 5,596 people...

Unsure if they'll have a job tomorrow...

Uncertain of what the future may bring...

Scared of losing their jobs...

Worried about providing for their families...

The REASON this story is so interesting 
to me is that about 12 years ago I used to work
for a different BIG Mobile Phone Store
called The Carphone Warehouse...

...and Phones 4 U was our biggest 
competitor... 

Fortunately I was able to ESCAPE from 
the rat race and create a Full-Time
income from the Internet...

I remember when I QUIT my job...

It was such a relief...

The moment I handed in my notice to leave
my job, I felt amazing!

Fast forward 12 years and now
NOBODY has control over me,
and nobody can take away 
my future by laying me off or making
me redundant...

I am in FULL CONTROL of my own 
life and destiny...

When I want a PAY RISE, I just sponsor
and help more people...

When I want a VACATION I just

7 things you need to do Daily to Make Money Online....

1. Mindset - Watch Motivational Videos and listen to Podcasts while on the move

2. Blog daily - Create a Blog Post that provides Value to your readers

3. Build Your List - Drive Traffic to your Landing/Squeeze Page - Talk to at least 5      
    new people and build relationships 

4. Comment and Like on at least 20 of your friends Facebook pages.

5. Add 10 New Facebook friends - look for people that are active within your niche.
    Build Rapport with these new friends and find something that you may have in         
    common. Never Sell to them as they probably have NO Interest in your business     
    at this stage.

6. Post to your own Facebook Timeline without any links - Provide value and create     
    interaction.  Photos are great but Selfie Videos are best.( 80% Social - 20%    
    Business )


7. ACQUIRE ASSETS - If you are lazy and you don't want to do any of the above

My Top 8 Twitter Rules...

If you use Twitter for business, here are 8 rules that you should follow to ensure that you get the most out of your Twitter experience and successfully monetise your profile…

1.      Follow authority figures in your niche

A proven way to boost your Twitter followers is to follow the well-known names in your niche – those people with a lot of followers themselves. Start off by following them and then check out their followers – because a lot of them could be your future customers.
2.      Focus on quality, not quantity

In order to engage with your target market, you need to post quality and valuable tweets. You don’t want to post too often, or you could become quite annoying to your followers! So post once a day, or at most, every few hours, and focus on posting helpful, valuable information for your niche.

3.      Share photos and videos

Mix your posts up keep your tweets fresh and interesting by posting photos and videos relevant to your business and helpful to your prospects. Twitter now have an app called Vine which lets you publish a short looping video of up to 6 seconds. It’s a great way of adding fresh, creative content to your Twitter feed that your followers will find interesting.

4.      Include your keywords

Use the keywords that best describe your business in your tweets as it helps people using the ‘search’ function to find them, meaning more potential traffic that you can monetise.

5.      Tweet your best content multiple times
Twitter has millions of people posting every single day, so your tweets will often get missed. For this reason, make sure that you post your best content multiple times.

6.      Thank New Followers

Whenever a new person begins following you, try to engage with them quickly via the @reply button. Something as simple as a quick hello and a question can start-up a conversation and keep you in the prospect’s mind.

7.      Avoid automated "get followers" services

There are many people out there who will promise to get you hundreds or even thousands of followers in a matter of hours, but generally speaking, they’re useless. You’ll just end up with lots of untargeted ‘low value’ followers uninterested in your products and services. Instead, get followers the real, organic way, and concentrate on quality posts that provide value for your prospects.
