Property Network in Birmingham

WOW what a great night at the UK Property Network in Birmingham .......

The networking was amazing and I'm aware of several follow up coffee meetings hopefully leading to some great business opportunities. Our guest Justin Whittmore was incredible and shared some heartfelt experiences of his journey to financial freedom. The theme of the evening was Let to Rent and I took away some great snippets like aesthetic standards,serviced apartments and marketing techniques which I will be implementing today.

Congratulations to Angela Soong who won the fantastic prize draw this month which was a free place on the next Let to Rent Masterclass run by Justin on the 13th September in Bracknell. Be sure to book your place for next months meetup in advance to ensure your entry for the prize draw.

Our speaker, Justin, gave a fun and informative talk about how building a Let 2 Rent portfolio can provide significant cash flow to assist you in funding your property investment plan. If you would like any further information from Justin let us know so we can put you in touch with him.

If you are interested in any of the courses which Justin mentioned please get in touch with myself or Kerry, and if we can help you in any way please do get in touch through the facebook group below or email me directly at dave.portas@letsand.co.uk.

Kerry and I look forward to seeing you at the next UK Property Network which will be on the 2nd September owing to the August Bank Holiday - so mark the date in your diary.  Please book early to be entered into the prize draw on our meet up website and avoid disappointment.

Next month we have Andrew Walker from Investing North who is flying in from Johannesburg to talk about how to make a 6 figure income from sourcing on surplus deals to eager investors.

Who do you know would have benefited from being in the room this month? Make sure you invite guests next month and tell all your friends.

Don’t miss out – book at our Meetup site;
