Glenn Armstrong Property Partnership Program


My partnership Programme is ideal for people with cash wanting their hand held during their first few deals or for people who can find deals but need their deals funding.

What to know a bit more first?

So if you have cash and want to learn how to make 200k per year flipping property with the safety netof a very experienced developer working with you or if you have no cash and want to earn 100k per year flipping properties with a full time and very experienced JV partner then this is for you.

If you are selected for my Partnership Programme I will teach you how become a professional property developer i.e. how to flip properties making a minimum of 20k profit on each deal.

I will teach you how to find the deals and where to find the deals

If you are funding your own deals I will teach you how to fund the deals sometimes using creative strategies which will make your money go much further. For example look at this project found by Dave Anderson which will make us £125k http://thepropertyinvestorcompany.co.uk/freckles-project/

My Partnership Programme is split into three options

The 5-5 option is where I teach you where to find the deals then oversee the deals and you fund the deals then we share the profit 75% to you and 25% to me. 5k is paid when joining the programme the second 5k is paid when the first deal completes. Providing we make 20k on the first deal you will have learned how to do this quickly, safely and almost stress free and still make 5k profit.

Deal examples:


The 7-7-6 option is where I teach you where to find the deals, how to negotiate the deals, I check out the deal, then oversee the deals with you and I fund the deals then we share the profit 50% to you and 50% to me.

That means that when the first deal makes 20k profit and the second deal makes 20k profit

You will never have had to risk more than the 7k upfront fee You will then make 50% of all future deals

The 3-5-5-5 option is where I fund the deals and we share the profit 25% to you and 75% to me on the first three deals then we will split all profits 50% each thereafter. It cost you £3000 to join the programme and you pay 5k of your profit from the first three deals.

You will learn all of the above while working side by side with me in my business learning hands on.

It would be better for you if you could fund the deposit and take out the mortgage however:-

If you have no cash and cannot get mortgages, I will provide the financing for the projects that you find. So if you have no cash and cannot get mortgages it does not matter.

Your first project:
  • I will provide the marketing copy to market for the property.
  • I will teach you how to negotiate with the vendor or with an estate agent
  • I will do the due diligence with you and come and see the property.
  • I will work with you on the best way to refurbish the house to maximise the profit we make
  • I will fund the purchase and the refurb if necessary.

Please do not be disappointed if I do not select you as I am only selecting a very small amount of people to become JV business partners.

After your first project you are free to continue working with me and I will continue to fund your deals if you cannot fund them yourself or if you can finance your own deals you can maximise your profit and do this on your own and not pay me a penny or I will continue working with you for a 25% share.
